Select Login Area for which you want to login
after selecting the option given above.

Type your User Name and Password. User
Name and
Password is not case-sensitive.

Click on Submit button to Login.

After successful login screen as shown below is
displayed. Entry is allowed at Commissionary Level only and Discom and CZE/Zone
Level can view the reports only.

Select Date for which you want to add record
or view report.

When adding Record, it is must to fill the
record of previous dates in sequence. Suppose you want to enter record for
3rd of the month then it is must to fill the record for 1st and 2nd to be
filled first in sequence.

After selecting proper date click on Add Daily
Average Supply of Electricity button to enter record. Click on View Report
of Daily Average Supply of Electricity to view report.

When Add Daily Average Supply of Electricity
button is clicked a screen for the selected date is displayed which looks
like as shown below. It contains name of all Districts which comes under the
Commisionary for which login has been made.

User has to fill
values for Column no. 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 12 and 13 only. Column no. 9, 10 and
11 are calculated automatically.
Note: PLEASE WAIT EACH TIME AFTER ENTERING VALUE IN COLUMN 3, 4 & 5.
ENSURE THAT AVERAGE VALUE IS DISPLAYED IN COLUMNS 9,10 & 11. KINDLY CHECK
THE ENTRIES AGAIN BEFORE SUBMITTING.

Column No. 3, 4
and 5 will contain values for Average Electricity Supply given on date for
which entry is being done.

Column No. 5, 6
and 7 will contain values for Availability at Transmission Substation on
33KV.

Column No. 12 and
13 will contain Reasons for Supplying Less Electricity than Availability at
Transmission. These columns can be left blank if electric supply is not less
than available at transmission.

Column No. 3, 4,
5, 6, 7 and 8 will contain values in Hours and Minutes. To separate Hour
value from Minute value use . (DOT) as Separator. For example to fill
15
Hours and 45 Minutes type 15.45

To Save data
click on Submit Form button.
