In cases of grid power houses and lines, the progress of work on cold device should be done by the person whose designation should not below supervisor ( junior engineer). Work on other small cold devices could be done by sub power house attendant (sub station attendant), switchboard attendant, lineman, junior electrician and persons with equivalent post and able to do such jobs.
