Artificial respiration method

  • First of all, lay the man on the side of the stomach and his face should be on one side and his mouth should not touch the ground.
  • Take your legs on his both sides and stay on your knees and sit on your ankle.
  • Keep palms of hands on his lower ribs, put palm and thumbs parallel to each other on the small of the back. Hold your two arms straight and bending your body on the lower ribs, slowly and steadily, but not with the shock. This action should take three seconds. Then, sitting on your ankle, but keeping the hands in the right place, release the pressure completely and wait for one or two seconds.
  • Repeat the action of putting pressure from above and freeing it, at the rate of 15 times in every minute and continue it till the breathing starts again or until the doctor declares that there is no life in the body. It may be possible that, before normalisation of breathing process, this treatment should continue for several hours.
